Our Power Application Process, gets you started Fast... So you Can Start Submitting Loans Today!

The Process

  1. Complete the Quick Power Application - Fill out our short and quick Power Application and email to your AE.
  2. email the Power App to BrokerApproval@myFCLTPO.com to be
  3. You can start submitting loans SAME DAY, to get your loan in front of a Underwriter 
  4. Complete the Full Broker Application prior to your 1st loan moving to Clear to Close (CTC) and email completed broker application package to BrokerApproval@myFCLTPO.com


We make working with FCL simple and easy... We understand we arent the only option yo

* If you use the Power Application to get your loan submitted and underwritten... you will need to complete the full broker application prior to going to Closing on your 1st loan with FCL.
